Your info stays with us.

Plain version: you send us your info so we can give you an estimate. That's what we use it for. We don't sell it.

What we collect

When you ask for an estimate, we get what you type in the form: your name, phone, email (if you give it), the city of the project, the services you pick, your project description, any photos you add, and your preferred language.

If you used our online estimator, we also get the estimate summary it sent over. If you came from a link with campaign tags (like an ad or a newsletter), we save those tags so we know where people find us.

How we use it

Only to answer you: call or text you back, set up a site walk, and send you a written scope with a price.

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the service providers that run this website, store form requests and send email for us — and only so they can do that job.

Your photos

Photos you upload are stored privately. Only our team sees them, and we use them for your estimate. We won't post them anywhere without asking you first.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. Google's advertising and ad-personalization features are turned off.

Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests as long as we need them to follow up on your project and for our job records.

Your choices

Want to see what we have, fix it, or have it deleted? Email us or call and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page.
