Pricing
How we price it
Veneer is installed by the square foot of face. The stone itself is your pick and priced separately or carried as an allowance. Individual block stone takes more labor and is priced higher. Taking off an old façade first is its own line item.
Every job is measured on site and gets a written scope with the price. The estimate is free.

Questions
Common questions
Stacked stone veneer or individual stone?
Stacked stone veneer is a thin stone face set onto the wall. Individual block stone is set one stone at a time, which takes more labor, so it costs more per square foot. Both go over a block structure.
Can veneer go over an existing wall?
Often, yes. If there's old stucco, tile, brick or stone on it, we take that off first. At the site walk we'll look at the wall and tell you what it needs.
Who supplies the stone?
You pick it and buy it, or we carry an allowance in the bid. Our price covers the install and setting materials.
What's a raised bond beam?
It's the part of the pool wall that rises above the deck, usually at the back of the pool or behind a spa. We face the front with tile or stone and stucco the back side.
I'm a pool builder. How do you bid veneer?
By the square foot of face. Send the plan set and we'll return a scope sheet with the footage by area. Contractor rates are behind a login on our For Builders page.
