Patio Covers & Pergolas
A patio cover or a pergola turns a slab into a room. We build the cover and the masonry around it — footings, stone or stucco columns, and the paver, porcelain or concrete pad underneath — so the whole thing reads as one piece with the yard.

Pricing
How we price it
Patio covers and pergolas are a custom quote — size, height and cover type all change the price. The pad, columns and veneer are measured and priced line by line, the same way as the rest of our work.
Every job is measured on site and gets a written scope with the price. The estimate is free.
Custom quote
No two jobs are the same here, so we measure first and quote the job.
Questions
Common questions
Patio cover or pergola — what's the difference?
A patio cover has a solid roof, so it blocks sun and rain. A pergola has open beams or slats overhead, so it gives partial shade and keeps the sky. We'll talk through which fits how you use the space.
What kinds of covers do you build?
Ask us when you call — we'll tell you which cover types we build and what fits your house. Either way, we handle the masonry around it: footings, columns and the pad underneath.
Can the columns match my house or my BBQ island?
Yes. We build block columns and finish them in stacked stone, stucco or smooth stucco, with a cap, so they tie in with the walls, the island or the house.
Can you put a cover over my existing patio?
Sometimes. It depends on the slab and where the posts land, since posts need proper footings. We'll look at it at the walkthrough and tell you if the patio should stay or be replaced.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Patio covers often need a permit, and most HOAs want to see plans first. Rules vary by city and HOA. We'll go over it at the walkthrough so you know what to check before work starts.
