What matters here

What San Clemente homes ask for.

  • Spanish Colonial houses

Smooth stucco walls, stone, terracotta and tile caps fit the town. We match wall finishes, columns, fireplaces and BBQ islands to the house — and show you in a 3D rendering before we build.

  • Salt air and efflorescence

Near the water, moisture moves through block, concrete and grout and leaves white mineral deposits on the face. Waterproofing behind walls, good drainage and sealed stone and concrete keep it down.

  • Coastal zone and slopes

Lots near the beach may fall in the coastal zone, which can mean an extra permit step through the city. Hillside lots need retaining walls and drains done right. We'll check with the city on your address.

Questions

San Clemente questions, straight answers.

Do you work in San Clemente?
Yes. South Orange County is our main service area. Call or text 909-243-0738 and we'll set up a time to walk the job.
Can you match a Spanish-style house?
Yes. Smooth stucco walls, stone, and tile caps and finishes can be matched to the house. We'll look at it together at the walkthrough and show you the plan in 3D.
Do I need a coastal permit?
It depends on where the property sits and what we're building. Some lots near the beach are in the coastal zone and may need an extra permit step. We'll check with the City of San Clemente before work starts.
