What matters here

What Mission Viejo yards ask for.

  • Pools with some age

Older pools often need new coping and waterline tile, and sometimes a raised wall with a spillway at the back. We do the masonry and set the water feature.

  • Sloped yards

Rolling hills mean slopes behind and below a lot of homes. Retaining walls and drains keep the yard where it belongs.

  • HOA neighborhoods

Many neighborhoods have an HOA. Send us the guidelines and we'll scope to them, with a written scope you can attach to the application.

Questions

Mission Viejo questions, straight answers.

Can you redo the coping and tile on an older pool?
Yes — coping and waterline tile are core work for us. We'll look at what's there at the walkthrough and put the scope in writing.
My backyard slopes. Do I need a retaining wall?
Not always. It depends on how much grade you want to hold and what you want to do with the space. We'll walk it with you and tell you what we'd recommend.
