What matters here

What Orange yards ask for.

  • Older homes, existing materials

When a house has some age on it, new work should fit in. We'll look at what's there — brick, block, stucco, old concrete — and talk about matching it or replacing it cleanly.

  • Old Towne historic district

Exterior changes in the historic district can need city review first. Check with the City of Orange before you lock in a design — we'll build to what's approved.

  • East-side hillsides

Hillside lots toward the canyons need retaining walls and drainage planned together, not one after the other.

Questions

Orange questions, straight answers.

Can you match my existing block or stucco wall?
We'll look at it at the walkthrough. Block, caps and stucco finishes can often be matched closely — and if a perfect match isn't possible, we'll tell you before we start.
Do you replace old concrete patios and driveways?
Yes — with sand-wash, broom or stamped concrete, or pavers. The written scope spells out exactly what's included, including what happens to the old slab.
